Bai was originally known for their unique story of using coffee fruit -- an ingredient often thrown away -- in their drinks. This added antioxidants to otherwise generic flavored water. While they still use coffee fruit it is no longer represented in their brand design, besides a reference to worldwide coffee regions in their flavor names.
